To celebrate Maths Week 2019 this week our children completed a range of different maths based activities.
Our Primary 7 children worked with their Primary 1 buddies to complete maths and number games while our Primary 6 children worked with Primary 2 children teaching them to play maths games. Our older children were fantastic at explaining the games and encouraging our P1-2 children to use their number skills to complete each activity.
Meanwhile the children in Primary 3, 4 and 5 worked together to solve number puzzles in the Sports Hall. This encouraged the children to think about the task and use strategies to find a pattern and solve a number problem.
